    07:30 - 08:00: Check-In
    08:30 - 09:30: On-Ice Instruction
    10:15 - 11:15: Weight Room
    11:30 - 12:30:  Lunch
    12:45 - 13:45:  Sport Activity
    14:00–15:15:  On ice
